Q: How do I reserve my party?
A: You can contact Lauren Paul by calling USTC at 610-466-7100 or e-mail her at Lpaul@go2ustc.com.

Q: When do I pay for the party?
A: A NON REFUNDABLE $75 deposit will hold the room; the balance is due the day of the party.

Q: May we have more than 12 children?
A: Yes. 12 children are included in the package and then it is $10 per each additional child.

Q: What if I need to cancel?
A: If you need to cancel, please contact Lauren Paul asap and we will try and reschedule the party for a different date.

Q: What are my food/cake options?
A: We offer pizza and beverages at affordable prices (see food packages above).

Q: Can I bring my own refreshment/decorations?
A: You are allowed to bring your own snacks/cake, but we do not allow meals to be brought in from an outside source. Affordable pizza packages are available for your convenience. Outside decorations are not permitted, however, theme party packages are available if you would like something specific for your party.

Q: What do we do when we arrive?
A: Please check in at the Front Desk. Your party hostess will escort the group to the party room.

Q: How are the Parties structured?
A. Two USTC staff members will be supervising your party at all times. They will set up, run, and clean up after the party for you. You do not have to lift a finger! All paper products are included along with goody bags and balloons for the birthday child. Enjoy 60 minutes of supervised activity and 30 minutes of cake/food/presents in the party room. Don’t worry about the clean up because we will take care of everything!
