Open to all age divisions!
Monday Evenings starting June 9, 2008
Games are scheduled between 6pm to 9pm
LEAGUE DATES: 6/9, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, 7/28
6 v 6 plus a goalkeeper
USFHA Rules
5 divisions:
Elite (18 & older), SRA (Gr 11 & 12), SRB (GR 9 &
10), Middle (GR 7 & 8), Youth (Gr 4 – 6)
EARLY REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
Individual Non-Member Fee $115.00
Individual Member Fee: $95.00
LATE FEE $20.00 per player if after May 30, 2008
Cost includes: 8 games, referee fees,
& team shirt All players must have a field hockey stick, mouth
guard, and shinguards.
REGISTRATION
Individual: Players registering as individuals will be placed
on a team and notified as soon as possible. Spaces are limited,
first come basis!
Refunds will only be issued if requested in writing and two weeks
prior to the start of any program. A $20.00 administrative fee
will be deducted from the amount paid. If a refund request is
made in writing after this two-week period a refund, minus a $20.00
administration fee, will be made in the form of a tuition credit
only. No refunds will be made after the program has started.

League Dates: 3/30, 4/6, 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11, 5/18
6 v 6 plus a goalkeeper
FIH Rules
5 divisions: Elite (18 & older), SRA (Gr 11 & 12), SRB
(GR 9 & 10), Middle (GR 7 & 8),
Youth (Gr 4 – 6)

Individual: Non-Member Fee $110.00… Member Fee: $90.00
LATE FEE $20.00 per player if after March 14, 2008

etc.)
