2008 Women's Summer League at West Chester University

8 Weeks for 2008!
Summer League begins Sunday June 1, 2008

Games are scheduled between 5:00pm and 8:00pm
League Dates: 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22, 6/29, 7/13, 7/20, 7/27,
Full Field on West Chester’s New Turf Field
Divisions: Elite (18 and Older)

Come on out for our first summer league at West Chester University!

Early Registration
Individual Fee: $130.00
Team Fee: $1800
***Minimum of 16 Players per team***
LATE FEE- $20.00 per player if it is after May 21, 2008
Cost includes: 8games, 50minute games, referee fees, certified trainer, shirts and field rental
All Players must have a field hockey stick, mouth guard, and shin guards to participate.

Registration Process
Individual: Players registering as an individuals will be placed on a team and notified as soon as possible. Spaces are limited, first come first basis.
Team: Players registering as a team must hand all forms in together, team roster, and submit ONE payment. Cost is $1800 for minimum of 16 players on a team. Teams must register before May 21, 2008. After May 21, 2008 all players will be treated as individuals and assigned to a team and are subjected to pay late fee of $20.00 per person. NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO REFUND POLICY: All payments made to USTC are non-refundable unless a tournament, camp, class or league is cancelled by USTC due to insufficient participation.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for a returned check.
