Senior A Division: $1375
Senior B Division: $1375
Middle School Division: $1300
Important Dates:
Application, Forfeit Check and Deposit Due: April 1, 2009
Balance Deadline: June 1, 2009
Team Roster Form Due: June 29, 2009
Waivers Due at Check in: July 10, 2009
*Note: Forfeit checks will be kept if rosters are not turned in
on time
Accommodation Sheet Due: June 1, 2009
Acceptance List Posted: June 8, 2009
*Note: Teams will NOT be accepted without having a forfeit check
on file
