Senior A (Graduation Yrs 2009, 2010)
Senior B (Graduation Yrs 2011, 2012)
Middle School (Graduation Yrs 2013, 2014)
*US Lacrosse Women’s rules apply (MS Division will use Youth
A rules)
**Awards will be given to 1st and 2nd place teams within divisions.
Maximum
25 awards. All teams scheduled for a minimum of 4 games. (2 -
25 min
halves)
TOURNAMENT INFORMATION:
• ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! Total
Team Fee = $1300
• Team rosters must include a minimum of 15 players
• The Upper Atlantic Game Times: Fri. (7/11) 6pm- 9pm, Sat.
(7/12) 8 am-9pm and Sun. (7/13) 8am-6pm
• Friday Evening games may be played. Please notify the
director if you CANNOT play Friday evening.
• IMPORTANT – Mandatory Registration Friday Night
(7/11). A representative from each team MUST check in at USTC
between 4-8pm to discuss any schedule changes, update necessary
paperwork and to provide all local contact information. Please
schedule travel plans accordingly.
• IN CASE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, GAMES MAY BE RESCHEDULED
INDOORS. Call The USTC Hotline: 610-466-9744. Players should have
indoor shoes!
• One registration form per team. Clubs with multiple teams
must use a separate form for each team
• WEATHER INSURANCE POLICY: In the event that the UPPER
ATLANTIC is cancelled due to weather conditions, there maybe a
portion of the entry fee refunded.

United Sports Waiver: June 2nd
Accommodation Sheet Due: June 2nd
Acceptance List Posted: June 9th
Schedules Posted: July 3rd
Mandatory Registration: July 11th
All Participants must be US Lacrosse members
