The new Leadership Center at United Sports welcomes adults and youth to experience a broad range of professional learning programs that builds the whole person: mind, body, emotions, spirit, and relationships.

The Leadership Center is operated in partnership with The InnerWork Company, one of the nation’s leading training & meeting facilitation firms. The InnerWork Team also guides TeenWork, an exciting new non-profit youth leadership organization providing basic and advanced learning programs and summer camps to build the leaders of tomorrow---today.

For adults, The Leadership Center offers an exciting array of proven InnerWork programs and group experiences that corporate groups, associations, and sports teams can use to host their next event at United Sports. The programs and experiences, conducted for thousands of people locally and globally for over 15 years, add depth, learning, fun and transformation to any planned event. The InnerWork Team can also design a complete customized program for your team.

For youth, The Leadership Center is offering TeenWork’s new advanced summer residential camp for teens. This program, and future programs, will be designed to complement USTC’s expertise in the physical dimension of performance, with skills training in the critical inner mental and emotional dimensions of performance, as well as skills in high performance teamwork and leadership.
